EAST NOVEMBER

After taking time to readjust to my new academic life, I am thrilled to announce I will be returning to my blog. In addition, I've decided to make a few changes to the blog. First, I decided to change the name of the blog to East November. In all honesty, I was a bit bias when it came to choosing the month November since it's the month of my birthday. Anyways, since I'm also a New York lover thanks to Gossip Girl, I put together the name East November. Furthermore, I am still looking forward to sticking with my original content, which is fashion and lifestyle. But, I will be making an addition of posting Polyvore sets to East November. Lastly, because I'm still adjusting to my new semester, I will be posting at least once a month, but I will try my best to make extra posts.

I'm very thrilled to relaunch my blog, and I hope you all can join along on this journey.

STYLES COME TOGETHER

So if you had not noticed by now, one of my favorite shows about New York would have to be Gossip Girl. Now personally, my style is very much inspired by Blair Waldorf. Her classical, yet unique style is unforgettable and to this day I still look back at her outfits for some style inspiration. In addition, there was another character's style that stood out to me. Obviously that character was Jenny Humphrey, and even thought her style was the complete opposite of Blair's style, she became a style inspiration for me. Jenny's style was edgy and dark, yet she still managed to look like a model walking down a runway. So, for this week's post I thought to myself, why not base it on two polar opposite styles coming together.

MAKE THE STATEMENT

With the amount of free time I've had these past few weeks, I decided to build this miniature set for my blog. And after finishing it, I was surprised it actually turned out better than I imagined. Also, I'm proud to say that I did not spend one cent to create this set. All I did was just look around my house for material and voila, I now have a miniature set! Anyways, for this week's post I chose to base it on statement pieces.  Statement accessories have been very trendy for a while now,

NEW MONDAY

After the long week I had, I can truly say that this was a long awaited weekend that was very well enjoyed. To begin with, last Saturday was my Senior Prom. I danced like there was no tomorrow, and this was the first time in a while that I was actually able to forget about the future and live in the present. Furthermore, on Monday, as part of senior ditch day, my friends and I decided to pay a visit to South Lake Tahoe, California. First, we payed a little visit to the lake and as you can see I had a wonderful time taking pictures. Also, thanks to a one of my friends, I was able to capture those yoga poses that I attempted to do once more. Anyways, later after we all took in the beautiful view of the lake, we went up to Heavenly to pay a visit to an amazing store. The

FESTIVAL MADNESS

"Fun"

( I'm sorry I created this set a few months ago so these items may be sold out.)

Is it just me, or am I the only one already anticipating to find out what people wore to music festivals this year? The madness is beginning and well I'm ready for it. Like many other people my age, one of my bucket list goals is to attend Coachella. Hopefully next year I finally get the chance to go. Anyways last year, both Vanessa Hudgens and Evelina Barry were definitely the best dressed in my opinion. Vanessa,

This weekend my family and I took a trip to Las Vegas and well as you can see I had a great time. I had been wanting to buy a hat for while now, so while I was shopping I came upon the one I'm wearing and voila. Anyways, the weather there was amazing
