BLANK MINDS

If someone were to tell you today, "You're going to become a failure," you would instantly prove them wrong. Or, at least try. Right? But, what if that same statement were to come from your own mind?  What if you questioned your own success? Also, imagine that with the change of a day, your whole life were to flips upside down.  Last weekend, I came upon the realization of two fears I had developed.  One, I am absolutely terrified of failing. And two, I am fearful of change.  Times like these I usually wish for a blank mind.  These beautiful carefree minds would be nothing but a blessing...
However, those minds only exist in either books, or movies. Thinking about it, people like Albert Einstein, Gandhi, and Steve Jobs did not have blank minds. Instead, they had ambitious minds. All of them had goals for society. Whether it was to enlighten, change, or advance society, all of these brilliant minds were thinkers. You see, in reality blank minds would be both a blessing, and a curse. We were all gifted with brilliant minds, but it's up to us to find our light to lead us to achieve great things in life. With all this, I learned that I will make mistakes, but like every other ambitious person I will keep trying. Also, without change society would still be trying to figure out how to start a fire, or how to communicate with each other. The fears we develop are obstacle that are only meant to make us stronger once we overcome these fears. It's how they will help us grow as both a human, and as a society. So keep calm and search for the light that will lead you to greatness.

Have a marvelous weekend and enlighten others with your own brilliant mind.
